One hundred and one years ago the first train came to Allwood - now the village of Hurstbridge
We're by yarnbombing a fence and making just the biggest patchwork doily you've ever seen. Permission granted, a design created, sponsors found, cord purchased and we've been chugging along since April 2012. Our aim is to get as much of the fence covered by the 2013 Wattle Festival as we can!

We meet at the Wattle Cafe in Hurstbridge, check our calendar and come along. Say Hullo, have a coffee, pick up a pattern and some yarn to take home. If you can crochet or knit, beginner or expert, help us finish our train for the 2013 Wattle Festival in August.
